We should remove mandatory parking minimums as zoning requirement and allow that

Zoning requirements are local issues, so where that would make sense, I'm sure it's an idea that could be codified. But not everywhere.

Need more bus routes. Nobody should have to walk more than 2 blocks in heavily populated areas. Make it easier to travel without a car.
