We are shifting as a society, where once cars were a symbol of middle-class success, cycling has become the preferred mode of transit now.

are you serious. So there are more bikes than cars on nyc streets? Please think it through before you make that kind of statements

please note that there are many fewer bikes than cars and that cycling accounts for fewer that 6% of all trips by NYers.
