      that's the point, community colleges should be a step with more rigorous education & higher expectations w/ services to match

      issue is systemic. We need to tackle what happens before kids reach CUNY too, but we can target existing issues now.

          I saw 71W & 64W LED lamps in Manhattan already when we should be at 100W+. Brighter streets make us safer.
