@ydanis @NYCCouncil there has to be a change in the 'No Fault Laws' also. Those of us that have been hit cuz the driver speeds up to 1/2
Today the @NYCCouncil takes action against hit and runs, hoping Albany follows suit to close ludicrous loophole
