      @mdervin @ShermanParking A right not to be unnecessarily taxed simply because they own a car in nyc. Many already experience this thru tolls

      @miller_stephen no, saying that there are already many high costs to car ownership in NYC, parking ~30mins sooner shouldn't be one of them.

      @miller_stephen over time, increasing efficient public transit is ideal. Yet cars remain a reality and @NYCCouncil serves all NYers.

      @ydanis The bill isnt horrible. But conflating on-street parking with city's working class and "all NYers" is misleading rhetoric, at best.

      @miller_stephen all NYers refers to benefits outside of car ownership. Less idling, cruising, double parking, emission waste, etc.
