@MarketUrbanism @2AvSagas Many of NoMa's trains and buses are full. Also there's need for affordable housing, more housing = more commuters.

@ydanis Buses and subways in NYC have a much lower cost per ride than ferries, why not spend the money increasing frequency on those modes? -
