The second bill sponsored by @AdrienneEAdams, would require annual financial disclosure from each person who has any interest in a taxicab license.
The last bill voted on today, carried by @RitchieTorres...
3/3... would "create an office of financial stability within the taxi and limousine commission". These bills now move to be voted on by the Council later today.
