... D/N\R entrances are not closed. So riders are paying and entering only to find out Manhattan bound trains aren’t working. They take the shuttle bus to Atlantic only to find out they must now pay again to enter. @NYCTSubway

I thought the @MTA was shutting down night service to clean & make repairs in order to avoid these types of inconveniences for riders.
Pandemonium, happening RN at Barclays center. Riders are paying twice to Tranfer from shuttle bus to trains.
