It's in the constitution, that I believe you swore to uphold and protect!!! they want to vote, become a citizen, like so so many if not most Americans did in one point in their lives! I wonder how that works in Dominican Republic, can I go there and work and live and vote!?!!
We need to empower our immigrant communities in the City & allow them to choose their representatives. Green card & working permit holders have lived here for years.
