Can I have all of those plants when it gets close to first frost? I have a community garden on UWS. I, I could host a giveaway or temporary shelter. It will be sad to see thousands of dollars of indoor plants go to waste like that.

I'd also add that many of the concerns comm trottenberg brought up are addressed by open streets - cycling safety, social distancing, open business programs, and it's budget friendly, clearly.
