Lanes are blocked all over this city! There isn't enough space for all that needs to be done(deliveries, parking, garbage collection). Many commuters are using the bike lanes but the delivery persons, casual riders, and visitors are all over the place. NYPD lost that with the $1B

Don't believe a word. Ydanis is hot on a topic one day and switches the next. The politician saying is "what can I do or say to stay relevant"? Without thinking who they hurt with these lame policies. E.g where was City Council when 100k cars got put on the streets?They knew.
