I'm so happy to hear you say this, but it's still not clear to your consituents if you're going to vote against a budget that does not
#DefundNYPD and fund the poor communities you speak of. That vote is what we'll be paying attention to, and that is what we will remember. -

This is great to hear but we need you to commit to voting NO this afternoon on the proposed budget, which simply shuffles money from the NYPD to the DOE to keep cops in school, among other fuzzy math. Listen to the people and truly defund the police!
