I stand in support of these additional bus lanes!
Early in May, I sent a letter to @NYCMayor alongside 14 other colleagues urging him to add additional bus lanes (among other requests), predominately in underserved, Immigrant, Latino, Black, and Asian communities...https://twitter.com/MTA/status/1268552966824505345 …
These were some of the other asks:
- Restore funding for the Better Buses program in the New York City Department of Transportation budget.
- Ensure bus improvements in the Better Buses Action Plan proceed on schedule in 2020 and 2021
