This curfew will cause even more challenges for low-income communities of color, many of which work & commute during the 11pm-5am lock-down time period. This is what was happening last night in D15 on Fordham road. Our kids couldn’t sleep bacuse o f fear. They were texting and emailing their teachers all through the night.
