I thank @NYCMayor for announcing today that 11 thousand hotel rooms will be provided for free to people who need to isolate/quarantine themselves, beginning on April 22nd.
I hope that this number is just a beginning.

@RepEspaillat and other elected officials to address this issue. In addition to the temporary isolation sites, we have been fiercely advocating for mass testing across the 5 boroughs!Show this thread -

@NYCMayor we have been able to secure these temporary isolation sites for NYers! We must continue looking at all available spaces in CUNY, NYU, Columbia University, as well as sports & cultural institutions to be used as temporary isolation sites!Show this thread
