i just learned that the workers in my local grocery store (in washington heights) are not being provided with protective gear. please do something to change this immediately. also, can you and other local elected officials find ways to activate local mutual aid networks??
The safety of health workers must be a priority, they are our first line of defense. If they fall we will have no one to help us overcome this!
