96th and Broadway in Manhattan. where cars routinely & fragrantly run red lights at every light cycle, and where @NYC_DOT and @NYPD24Pct refuse to do anything. 4 people have died in recent years in this area. It's very busy due to WS highway entrance and major @NYCTSubway stop.

Dyckman and broadway. Too many people speeding, double and sometimes triple parked cars. 181st and broadway is also bad. My area on seaman and academy has a lot speeders. I feel like most of the intersections within Inwood and Washington Heights are out of control.

Cars should have a red light and not be allowed to make left or right turns when pedestrians are crossing (when pedestrians have a green or white light indicating that walking is permitted.)
It has been my experience that many drivers focus on incoming traffic when making a turn and do pay attention to the fact that pedestrians may be legally and rightfully crossing an intersection.
