Increase Diversity means to deny another person, whose only sin is that they were cursed with a lighter complexion. You feel that due to Ethnicity one group is more entitled than another to a particular job.
This sheds light onto a larger issue within academia. Minorities make up “less than a fifth of all college and university presidents”.
