If you want to make NYC the most pedestrian and cyclist friendly city in the nation (and I support that) then you need to take a better stance on ending @placardabuse and stop the #MyNYPD #fakecrackdown . Make it a #RealCrackdown against parking abusers.

Yep. The fact that City employees enjoy free street parking and sidewalk parking not to mention parking in front of fire hydrants encourages them to drive.
