As the chairman of the Transportation Committee, I believe that all NYer’s & visitors deserve subway cars and stations that are free of harmful germs and unsanitary conditions.

I'll spare us all the trouble of unnecessary testing. Just find a way to pay for more regular cleaning of the subway cars. Would it be too much to ask for a daily power wash of each car?
