This is how it is to be a yellow cab driver in NYC now - yesterday went to DMV to renew DL but was $10 short on the fee. I didn't have $128.50 to renew my damn license! After working 12 hours a day 7 days a week! What will NYC do when there are no yellows on the sts? 1/
