Thank you for clarifying that you were talking specifically about the FHV discussion. But I still think that FHV users and those who are impacted by their proliferation (namely transit users and pedestrians) are equally important to the drivers who rely on FHVs as a livelihood.

At least 75% should be removed. I see them empty all the time and even durning rush hour. For every 2 who leave the FHV 1 can be replace till 75% are removed.
