If it doesn't last long enough for people to use traveling to or from work as an alternative to using a car, it's not enough. A DAY is 24hrs. Ending at 3pm is hardly a car free "day". If it's 6am-10pm we can call it a day.

Let's be aggressive. Buses ONLY on ALL NYC Avenues and major cross streets 6am-10pm. That's how we show we can actually make a meaningful impact, and show it's possible to do enough to make a difference in climate change.
