My bill is a tenant’s right bill and I will not make any changes to the bill that takes away any rights of the commercial tenants. The bill was written to level the playing field when a store's lease expired. 2/3 #SBJSA

The bill gives rights needed for tenants to be able to negotiate long term leases with reasonable lease terms. It’s a tenants bill of rights now and will remain so keeping these rights when voted on. I have worked hard at City Hall and have 30 sponsors signed onto the bill. 3/3

#sbjsa, or alter rights 4 tenants, but the rezoning is horrific#displacement. Someone has to explain to me the pressures pols are under, bc us folks don’t get it, u shld risk her career 2 affect real change.
