Yes, let’s increase the difficulty of New Yorkers to park their cars and of taxis to pick up and drop off riders. And in the meantime, don’t require bike licenses or tests that ensure cyclists know how to use bike lanes or the rules of the road. Yah got my vote!

Every time a taxi blocks a bike lane to drop somebody off, bikers have to veer into moving traffic. I feel bad for the 160lb biker NOT the 4000lb taxi.
