Erroll, ask why upzoning on steroids has to be the price Inwood pays to get repairs to infrastructure and parks + adequate schools richer neighborhoods simply get without having to endure the damaging impacts of zoning? This is an awful trade. It's caving to institutional racism

Why didn't you ask either of them why they ignored the citizens' alternative zoning plan I helped write? Gale Brewer asked us to get together and write a plan and we did it 6 months ago. You never covered us when we really needed it. We were discounted and called NIMBY.

The "change" to the Commercial U will only lead to displacement not preservation. No vamos a ser engañados, we are critical thinkers. $200 million too little. A rezoning has nothing to do with public investment it's land use issue. Get it together @NMN4S_NYC
