First its an editorial with no author. The “editorial” is extremely bias and does not highlight the benefits of the rezoning. Furthermore, none of the proposed plans are enforceable. This is distasteful of you and the NYDN.

The so-called payoff to you is mostly things that Inwood should get anyway, except for the things that are not even in Inwood, and have nothing to do with rezoning. Your plan is still gentrification on steroids.

Why must we only get
access,improvements, etc with an influx of over 10k residents? What about US? Your neighbors, @ydanis ? And, why are SO many improvements in WaHi.when u didn’t even include south of Dyckman in the plan?Remember us?Thayer, Arden, Dongan, hillside?
