      Ydanis Rodriguez was set to hold a press conference on the City Hall steps to announce his decision on the Inwood Rezoning. Lots of folks (many opposed) showed up to watch. Presser, which is now 90 minutes late, has been moved inside. Only people with press creds will be let in.

      False. Council Member had a press conference with the media which is normal, not behind closed door. Then wen to Chambers to explain his vote. We really hope you go read the plan before assuming all negatives. Plan is great for the 87% of the community affected by gentrification
