My concern is with the proposed Inwood rezoning which will push out Immigrant - owned small businesses and give landlords even more incentive to push rent stabilized tenants from their homes.

The first protection Inwood small businesses need is to not be pushed out because of a rezoning that makes it profitable for the landlord to demolish and build bigger.
