As much as it sounds like a good idea, I can see this as just another way 4 city to collect more $ from local drivers. As crazy as our alt side ritual is, it creates turnover +opportunities 4movers, deliveries, etc.. Alt side should be shorter though. @NYCSanitation has the tech.
