  Seriously? Why don't you start by having parking enforced in your district? Auto shops along Broadway are routinely double parked, blocking traffic and making it dangerous for pedestrians as cars speed up to get around them. And the auto shops take up ALL parking in the area.

  Terrible plan. The amount of placards has skyrocketed. City agencies, NYPD, FDNY, education....it doesn’t end. They all get a free ride. Abuse is rampant and no one reigns it in.
