    I understand the need to ensure NYers are wearing their masks on trains and buses. However, we need to be careful not to over-enforce the mask rule which could have damaging and disproportionate impacts on low-income communities... 1/2

    2/2...Coalition 4 the Homeless, said “Closing entrances & closing facilities where the homeless are taking refuge is not going 2 change the fundamental reality that too many New Yorkers have nowhere to go,”. We need 2 find a way 2 open many of these currently shuttered entrances.
