It's been one year since I was in Ireland for ICLC. Whilst there I first heard about covid19 in a kinda "did ya hear about this thing that's happening?" way. No way I could've predicted it'd be my second-to-last irl performance of the year

Yesterday's remote robot dancing/weaving! We've adapted our woven robots to be programmed remotely, so people can dance together while being otherwise socially distant (and learn coding as a side effect).

Row of people in zoom video windows along the top, with 8 robots arranged around a maypole in our studio in Penryn. Robot programming interface to one side with an example program to make the robot dance.
