    : As of a few weeks ago, both armed groups were affiliated with the government. Officially “dissolved” militias in have a way of not disappearing into thin air. But the govt in is definitely in the process of disappearing indeed.

    Divers Marine Contracting LLC started construction of a United Arab Emirates naval base in Berbera the Self-proclaimed state of Somaliland and work expected to be finished by June.
