4. is absolutely right. A conspiracy theory is saying the doctor was paid off. A lie is a different thing and the WH physician should be criticized or held accountable regardless of his reputation or position.

Awesome news! "EXCELLENT health" for means there will NOT be an "Innocent by insanity" plea agreement! He is ruthless and uncaring by choice. He's not broken so there's NOTHING to fix!
