4. I know many people go to a comm college & then transfer to a four year university and beyond. That's great. But I also want to remind people that it's perfectly great if you don't do that and just stick with your CC education! It's a fabulous achievement & you should be proud

Oh please. My anthropology teacher worked with Richard Leakey, my history teacher also taught at Harvard. I was on the Honor Roll and Dean’s list, got accepted to Berkeley. You don’t know what you are talking about.

Thank you! My awesome bride, is a professor at a community college. Aside from the fact that at her school, >90% of FT staff has a PhD, my personal favorite is from one my wife's students, summer class: "Wow, I din't realize that this class is more difficult than my IVY school.

The best professors I’ve ever had were CC adjuncts. Genuinely interested in educating and so, so underpaid. One had to teach at three institutions to make ends meet.

Yes, both my kids and I went to Community Colleges; none of us have college debts. Everyone has a graduate degree that is usable...Computer Engineering, Nursing and CPA...
