When she says it's "whiny" to remind others of the presumption of innocence--the single most important part of a civilized, just society--it completely undermines every other point she makes. And that's too bad, because they're really good points.

“Presumption of innocence” is to protect citizens from the government’s monopoly on power. 1A guarantees both the right—or not—to associate with creeps, and the right to tell others about creepy behavior *even if you don’t have video*. “Whiny” will do, though it’s often worse.
