So I recently sold Newsletter Crew for a solid six-figure exit. I’m thinking of solidifying everything I’ve learned into a huge resource and course. Anyone have any cool names? I was thinking something like Profitable Memberships, but it’s taken! Who would be interested?

Rents up over 15% in many areas, more than the average Mortage. As long as the job market is good then we won’t see much decrease. It feels we’re moving into a lose lose situation for anyone without a house. Mortgages are high and rent is high.

Another 75 point Fed rate hike. Do we see lower house prices? If I had a house, why would I sell now to just rebuy back at a 7% interest rate? Most people refinanced to a nice 3% inflation.

Burning man? I’m about to create a festival called boring man. Let’s go!

Referral software for nft projects. Most nft projects want to launch with a lot of hype and a huge community. This would track who invited who and give those with the highest referrals access to the mint.

Referral software for pre-launched products. What’s better than having hundreds of users on your prelaunch list? This would allow people in your waitlist to refer others to get discounts or other benefits.

Referral software for paid private communities (Discord, Slack, etc) Users would refer their friends to join for incentives like unlocking certain channels or a cut of the sale. I’m not sure this exists yet.

The market for referral software is completely saturated. I’m currently researching into different niches and unique spins to stand out. Below are a few ideas I have.

Is it better as an indie hacker to build a product that’s been proven or try for a completely new idea?

Are illustrations overrated for SaaS products these days?

Does every SaaS really need a unique selling point?

I’m dedicating 2 hours a day to build my next SaaS
