Are there ever any UX Design internship opportunities available?

UX is pretty rare. I worked on some of my first games as UI/UX. Some larger studios like Blizzard may have UX. Indie projects looking for someone who can juggle UX work is also a good choice (that’s what I did!)

How old do you have to be?

Pretty sure you have to be 18 or older, but beyond that there isn’t an age restriction. The post does mention you need to be currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program and expected to graduate this Fall or next Spring
