Ey, very nice!! What tool in Inkscape do you use for the black outline of the ghost?
It depends. Some of them are simple shapes with actual outlines (the hands for example). The ones that look like brush strokes are paths with path-effect 'Taper stroke'.pic.twitter.com/BrWj8omy3f

I like them a lot. It just took me a while to understand that the some path effect parameters can be adjusted using the path tool.
