Put another way, if all you want is for someone to tell you how right you are about everything that people like you are supposed to think, why subscribe to the Times or watch OANN when Seth Abramson and Candace Owens will produce that sort of thing for free right here?

That’s not to say that good journalism can’t, in theory, produce something of far greater value than their ilk ever could. But diving headlong into a saturated market to wrestle with the pigs is unlikely to be the salvation hoped for. Expect patronage to rise as the alternative.
