I think the point of no return for me re: anarchism was sitting in a first year IR class, and thinking to myself "Wow, if my neighbour were Joseph Stalin, I would really want my government to pursue nuclear armament fast." A creeping appreciation for Leviathan.
That was more like the straw that broke the camel's back, I had been grappling with a lot of doubt before then.
