What specific practices have you done that you believe have increased your cognitive complexity? For me I think the main one is long term high stakes deliberation, as it requires me to model and integrate many perspectives. You?

Judo. Salsa. Learning second languages. And doing LSAT problems. My brain feels more elastic than before from learning to model reality in new ways. But my big breakthroughs have been meta-cognitivelearning how I learn and how I organize tasks.

Basically, any time I am forced to model the world in a way that is not intuitive or easy for me. (I am not a natural athlete or someone with a great sense of rhythm).
