An interesting legal question raised by those tweets: If you had to guess, what are the odds that that $40K in cash wrapped up in rubber bands in that way, found in car on I-75 during a traffic stop, is money obtained from or used in illegal activity?

Courts answer that kind of question all the time, so I'm not sure I understand the uncertainty. Can you say a bit more why you think the question is unanswerable?
