    I've also learned not to over train. Lactic acid can really mess a body up, and no need to have high lactic acid after every training day. Occasionally ok.

    Gym routine much different than last year. Before as I got stronger I was often tearing my body apart. Many regular injuries and pain. Now more than 1/2 my routine is warming up. Lots of reps, slowly increasing weight. Stamina and vascularity.

    I suspect deep state and big wig money is involved, and wants a demographic shift. Perhaps to benefit industry and some bureaucratic number ideals.

    You are on to something important here. These commercials were not used for the normal reasons people use commercials. Not really about selling product. Difficult to wrap my brain around, but I know fish when I smell fish.

    That's a powerful insight. Obvious in hindsight. Yes, these "woke" flags and pins are signals of group membership. Politics, and no one wants police to be carving up those they protect and serve into in groups and out groups.

    Remember in grade school, the few kids who would narc on test cheaters, run for help to parents and teachers when kids "misbehaved" towards them? And were also poor losers? We called them "sucks". The woke skew to the personality types of crybullies and sucks.

    This is why I don't believe that the woke cultural revolution will continue to gain momentum. The advocates are are mostly ugly. Same with feminists. On average, smart and attractive people have centrist common sense views. It's the losers who are the crybullies and sucks.

    There is a soviet tactic of sowing random dissent, and they continue this in their own country and in the US, online. Just creating random noise, and widespread confusion. Confusion as government policy, is a real thing. Throwing shade. Let's the business as usual happen.

    Much of politics is about throwing shade. Kayfabe. Distraction. Some say much of the kayfabe distraction is done across the aisles of political parties. Say one thing, do the same thing; all US administrations, including the current one.
