First thing to notice, I highly doubt @TeamYouTube would be taking the time to put a personalized response on Twitter like this if it wasn't for the incredible visibility of the person complaining. #VerifiedPrivilege is most definitely a thing.

Secondly, the fact that YouTube went from the *objective* "this doesn't violate ToS" to the *subjective* "we have determined this to be harmful", now no one is safe from a verified account with a lot of followers complaining about someone being mean or offensive.

If you are on YouTube and expecting to be a content creator long-term, you are living and dying on the goodwill of YouTube's censorship team. Piss off the wrong person with enough fans, and YouTube will close you out of the monetization to save themselves.
