Following the recent incidents in the NPM ecosystem, I continue to work on small modules with no external dependencies. This week I created a NodeJS package to check if free proxies are UP or DOWN.

Added new a feature so that you can directly download free proxies directly from the library. For the moment, I added only 3 free proxy sources (Foxtools, proxyscrape and free proxy list), which represents ~1.4K proxies
