Do you leverage these flagged IPs to get further insight on bot behaviours and traffic patterns to try and re-identify them again on different (potentially previously unflagged) IP addresses? Would be interested to hear how many unique bots/bad actors recycle same IPs

For the moment no. I'd like to do it in the future. However, because of the way I collect these data, I'm not sure I'll have significant insights.
I may try to do it on signals like behavior, but also on others like HTTP headers, TLS fingerprint etc.
I would publish my results/findings in a blog post if I find something interesting.
