Is there a static site generator that can take a structured bibliography (bibtex/csl) and generate an interactive bibliography? E.g. one where I can filter and group by publication, author, etc.

I personally use Jekyll with the Jekyll scholar plugin. Nevertheless I don't know it has all the options you want: github.com/inukshuk/jekyl
