    Something BIG is happening in TX. Early vote as of last week: •Harris Co Dem in-person turnout up 102% over '14 •Tarrant Co Dem primary turnout was 77% higher than '14 & 21% higher than '16 •5 counties had 100+% higher turnout over '14 •Dallas Co Dem turnout up 26% over '14

    I've spent my career downplaying Dems' odds in Texas, but there's something different going on there this cycle.
